§ The Problem

Most job boards treat the seekers like the product. Account walls, resume parsing, ten clicks before you ever see a job. The friction is the point. Keep them engaged. Sell the data.

Got to Work showed up with a different bet. What if the seeker is the customer? What if respect was the whole brand?

§ The Work

Brand identity built to read like the bet. Direct. Working-class. No corporate hedge. The name does the work. The mark backs it up.

Color, type, voice. Built to land in a Reddit thread, a flyer, a job alert email. Not optimized for a careers-page deck.

The site is by our sister studio, unweby. Built so anyone with a cracked phone screen and four bars can find a job by Thursday.

§ The Verdict

Applied Tuesday, got a call back Thursday. First job I’ve actually heard back from in months.
